Nate Bear is an illustrator known for creating dynamic and playful cartoon imagery. He channels the energy and playfulness of classic cartons and comics into a 21st century world full of blips, bleeps, and pixels galore.
Nate earned his BFA in Fine Arts from New York City’s own School of Visual Arts. He spent some time in New Jersey cultivating his skills and learning about natural and organic foods. He shares a home studio in Brooklyn with his awesome wife and fellow artist, Laura, and their two dogs, Taco and Gina.
His favorite mediums include pen & ink, vector illustration, digital painting, gouache, pencil, and acrylic paint.
